This free, on-line tool, allows searching for corporations registered with the “Puerto Rico Department of State”
The term “Corporation” refers to all types of corporations, including but not limited to Corporations, LLCs, partnership, etc, that are required to register with the “Puerto Rico Department of State”.
Searching “By Register Number” requires knowledge of special numeric designations for the corporation.
Searching “By Name” allows searching by a corporation’s name, or part of a name. This is the most flexible option and is the recommended starting point for most searches.
Search results are presented in a format that allows you to view general corporation information. To view specific details click on the corporation’s name from the search results.
